PersonifyYou Wellness Platform
Through the PersonifyYou program, you can complete activities to earn discounts on your 2026 medical plan contributions and improve your wellbeing. Access everything online through the PersonifyYou platform.
- For US medically enrolled employees, participation in PersonifyYou during the 2026 calendar year will determine your premium discount in 2027. Each quarter, you can earn a 5% discount by reaching level 3 in the program, for a maximum of 20% off next year’s premiums.
- Employees and covered spouses can earn up to a $400 incentive ($100 per quarter). These dollars can be redeemed for gift cards, to make charity donations, or to purchase items from the Personify Health store.
- New hires with a start date in 2026 can earn up to 20% off medical premiums by completing the Health Check and Setting a Wellbeing Goal items in the PersonifyYou platform within 30 days of hire. Once these tasks are completed, your discount will be applied to premiums for the remainder of the calendar year.
- All employees have access to a wide range of benefits at no cost through PersonifyYou, including Headspace, RethinkCare, meQ, Enrich, Empower, Foodsmart, Ovia, and many others — designed to support your personal wellbeing journey.
