Medical & Pharmacy
- RBP plans available to all employees.
- In the HDHP, the deductible for individuals within the Family tier is now $3,400 to align with the IRS changes.
- Pre-deductible telehealth coverage is available in both the HDHP Plan and HealthChoice Plus Plan.
- Additional coverage for interventional orthopedic procedures is available through Regenexx.

Life, AD&D and Disability
- Personify Health provides Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance, as well as Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverage, through Unum. You do not need to enroll in these benefits.
- You can also choose to purchase additional Voluntary Term Life Insurance and AD&D coverage for yourself and eligible dependents.
- Be sure to note the benefit periods for STD and LTD, as well as adjusted coverage for Life Insurance and STD.
