Personify Health offers dental coverage through the Cigna Dental PPO Shared Administration Plus network. Both the Core Plan and Buy-Up Plan cover preventive, basic and major care. The Buy-Up option also covers orthodontia. Cigna’s national provider network and comprehensive coverage help ensure you and your family have access to affordable dental care.

Deductibles, coinsurance and maximums are the same for in-network and out-of-network provider usage.
Dental services performed by a Cigna dental network provider are based on negotiated rates with Cigna, with no balance billing to the member.
Dental services performed by out-of-network providers are paid using reasonable and customary pricing. Members using an out-of-network provider may be billed the amount which exceeds reasonable and customary.
