You pay the cost of legal coverage through convenient per-payroll deductions. Legal plan coverage costs $15.75/month for yourself, a spouse and eligible dependents.

Identity Theft Protection

Offered by MetLife, this plan provides a robust digital security plan to help protect you and your family from financial and identity fraud. With tiered coverage options for yourself and your family (up to 10 additional adults and 10 additional minors), you’ll benefit from identity theft protection, financial fraud protection, privacy and device protection, and 24/7 customer support.

You pay the cost of this coverage through payroll deductions. Identity Theft and Fraud Protection coverage costs $9.95/month for Employee Only and $16.55/month for Family.

Pet Insurance

Offered by PetPartners, this plan helps you cover routine and preventive care, as well as coverage for unexpected illnesses and accidents. With access to best-in-class customer service and access to industry experts, you will have support for all of your veterinary needs.

Pets must be under 11 years old to be initially covered (can turn 11 on the plan if already enrolled). If you are covering both dogs and cats, they must be enrolled in the same plan type. For example, either both need to have the wellness option or neither can have it.

You pay the cost of this coverage through payroll deductions. The cost is $52.80 per month per dog, and $32.10 per month per cat. Learn more about PetPartners coverage.

Commuter Benefits

For 2026, our Commuter Benefit Plan (CBP) through Benefit Extras allows employees to contribute up to $325 per month on a tax-free basis to pay for mass transit expenses such as bus fare, subway or train passes, and vanpools, along with eligible parking expenses. Employees can elect one account at a time (either mass transit or parking) but can change that election and contribution amounts any time throughout the year. Visit ADP to enroll or make changes. Note that changes become effective on the first of the month following the date of change.

Employee Relief Fund

As part of our commitment to your health, safety and wellbeing, Personify Health offers an Employee Relief Fund (ERF) program for all employees. When large-scale disasters hit or personal hardships occur, Personify Health’s ERF offers support to help you and your family cope with and quickly recover from consequential financial hardships and stress. We have contracted with America’s Charities, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization based in Virginia, to administer and manage the ERF. Personify Health is not involved in the review of any application and has delegated its authority to America’s Charities to make decisions on all applications in its sole discretion according to the guidelines established by ERF policy.

To receive assistance from the ERF, submit an application. For new hires, a 90-day waiting period applies.

To contribute or change election amounts to the ERF, go to ADP > Benefits Enrollments and elect a contribution amount to be deducted from your paycheck. Donation amounts can be changed at any time during the year.
