Employee Relief Fund
As part of our commtiment to your health, safety and well-being, Personify Health offers an Employee Relief Fund (ERF) program for all employees. When large-scale disasters hit or personal hardships occur, Personify Health’s ERF offers support to help you and your family cope with and quickly recover from consequential financial hardships and stress. We have contracted with America’s Charities, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization based in Virginia, to administer and manage the ERF. Personify Health is not involved in the review of any application and has delegated its authority to America’s Charities to make decisions on all applications in its sole discretion according to the guidelines established by ERF policy.
To receive assistance from the ERF, submit an application. For new hires, a 90-day waiting period applies.
To contribute or change election amounts to the ERF, go to ADP > Benefits Enrollments and elect a contribution amount to be deducted from your paycheck. Donation amounts can be changed at any time during the year.
Commuter Benefits
For 2025, our Commuter Benefit Plan (CBP) through Benefit Extras allows employees to contribute up to $325 per month on a tax-free basis to pay for mass transit expenses such as bus fare, subway or train passes, and vanpools, along with eligible parking expenses. Employees can elect one account at a time (either mass transit or parking) but can change that election and contribution amounts any time throughout the year. Visit ADP to enroll or make changes. Note that changes become effective on the first of the month following the date of change.
Education Reimbursement
This program is currently under review. Additional information about changes to this program will be provided as available.
Technology Stipend
Employees who reside in specific jurisdictions are eligible for a tech stipend. Jurisdictions are reviewed regularly to ensure legal compliance with state and local regulation. Eligible employees receive $75.00 per month (paid on a bi-weekly basis) alongside regular earnings. The stipend is handled as taxable income.
To be eligible, you must:
- Be an active, full-time employee.
- Be classified as “remote.”
- Reside in California, Massachusetts, or Chicago, IL.
